GLEIF announced a new LEI mapping initiative in partnership with Qichacha (QCC), a leading Chinese business information platform boasting a database of over 500 million legal entities. The initiative establishes a certified link between the LEI and the QCC Code, with monthly open-source mapping files published in CSV format. This collaboration increases the international visibility of Chinese companies, fosters trusted trading relationships, streamlines regulatory reporting and due diligence, and reinforces the LEI's role as a comprehensive global data connector.
